A progressive intervention to introduce and instil ‘Action Centred Leadership Behaviour’.

This holistic module for ‘Professional Excellence & Transformational Results’ emphasizes on ‘Action Centred Leadership’ and the importance of balancing three key areas of leadership:

1. 1. Achieving the task
   2. Building and maintaining the team, and
   3. Developing self and team members

To be an effective leader, one needs to set clear objectives, ensure teamwork and collaboration, and support the personal growth and development of their team members. ‘Action Centered Leadership’ provides a practical framework for leaders to prioritize their actions and create a positive and productive working environment.
