A hotel management graduate with more than 31 years of extensive experience spanning diverse sectors, including; Hospitality, MICE, Media & Publications, Corporate Amenities and Tourism. He has setup, managed and operated more than two dozen restaurants (including that of Cine Star Suniel Shetty’s restaurants – Mischief and Thai Me Up) across India and the Middle East. He has curated and organized more than a dozen mid-sized conferences & exhibitions and a good number of corporate events. He also takes international travellers on immersive culture-culinary tours to South India and Sri Lanka.
A Hospitality Consultant, Foodie, Traveler and Biker, Wilson co-founded ‘The Spice Circuit’ in 2017, under which he organizes highly curated experiential tours. As part of these circuits, he also promotes rural tourism through his ‘Home in a Village’ located in Kerala, allowing travellers to experience and embrace sustainable and responsible village life apart from letting them soak into our culinary-cultural heritage.
Wilson leads the Restaurant & Homestay Training vertical for UnBoundLearn. Wilson loves connecting and collaborating with people and collectively find ways to augment performance. He feels that being a catalyst in someone’s career and professional life is highly gratifying and rewarding. Furthermore, for him facilitation is also a way of self-learning and a small way of giving back all that he has gained as knowledge, experience and skills over these years.
