An Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Certified Business Practitioner-NLP, a POSH Awareness Facilitator, a Personal Guide of MAPSTEL, Bama is a highly applauded Mentor, Coach & Facilitator. The LinkedIn Wonder Woman-2018 for Contribution in L&D Space and the Outstanding Professional Woman – SIWAA 2020 are two of the many awards she has been conferred with.
An MBA in HR & Finance from Nagpur University, Bama is a Project Management Professional with a host of certifications. She is an authorised Situational Leadership Facilitator from Centre for Leadership Studies (Dr. Paul Hersey), USA, she has a TTT Certification from the American TESOL Institute and a Certificate in Training and Development with specialization in Behavioural and Facilitation Skill Training from College of Birmingham.
A L&D professional with over 21 years of experience spanning diverse industries, it was due to a mid-life quest for identity that she discovered her inborn passion and talent for facilitation. Over the years she has worked hard to excel in her chosen passion. She has a natural flair for facilitating and coaching which is evident in the energy, engagement and exuberance with which she engages her audience whether it is in group setting or one on one coaching.
Bama is a naturally curious person who loves wandering on her Royal Enfield, exploring places, and discovering cultures by engaging with natives. Through her explorations she passionately champions the cause of ‘Second Career for Women’ and also campaigns actively for ‘Suicide Not A Solution’.
Having founded UnBoundLearn in 2018, she opted out for a full-time corporate career in 2023. Today while she leads the L&D interventions for one of the Big Fives, she continues to inspire, guide and advise us on our learning and development journey.
